Scope and Contents
This collection contains documents relating to the Enrollment Management Department of UT Tyler. These records consist of emails, memorandums, enrollment data, graduation rates, lists of scholarships and their amounts, powerpoint presentations, proposals, business letters, SAT/ACT statistics, and the audiovisual contents of a CD Rom over the Board of Regents meeting on tuition deregulation, and a USB drive on enrollment management, financial aid, graduation, and recruitment. All of these files are from the years 1986 to 2015 projections.

Biographical or Historical Information
The Enrollment Management Department of UT Tyler consists of several other offices. These are Admissions, the Enrollment Services Center, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Marketing and Communications, the Registrar's office, and the Veterans Services center. Admissions takes control of dealing with students starting college along with transfer and international students. The Enrollment Services Center makes it more accessible to handle admissions, financial aid, and registration to students. The Financial Aid office is responsible for scholarships and other kinds of financial aid, along with supplying information on the FAFSA. Marketing and Communications maintains the appearance and the positive image of the university through the use of brand identity and brochures. The Office of the Registrar handles registration, graduation, loan deferments, and address changes. The Veterans Service Center exclusively addresses the needs of veterans. Language of Materials
The records in this collection represent many of the functions of the Enrollment Management Department of the University of Texas at Tyler. Documents range from enrollment/admissions data, to emails, to recruitment plans for further growth of the University. These records are largely textual but some media/audiovisual artifacts are present within the collection. These documents offer an insight to the planning and activities that occur within that department.
The collection is arranged according to subject in archival folders and put in chronological order. Certain groups of papers that were folder clipped have been given their own file folder within a series. Booklets and other loose materials have been put in archival folders in their respective series. Series that contain sub-series have been labelled accordingly on the file folders in each box.
