The collection contains paper documents and information from the Office of Institutional Analysis at The University of Texas at Tyler and covers the years from 1980 to 2004. The correspondence found within the collection contains conversations dealing with the University’s transition from a 2 to 4 year institution, research and data collected from faculty, student, and institutional assessments, software research, and community data. Correspondence from the Dean and faculty members from the 1980’s through to 2004 can be found throughout the collection. Charts, diagrams, and information sheets detailing the research conducted for the university’s transition into a 4 year institution are located throughout the collection.
