From the Collection:

The collection includes documents that were collected by Elizabeth Whiteside Walters (youngest daughter of Lizzie and Tom) and Mark Walters (Grandson). The correspondence exchanged between Elizabeth Brooks Whiteside, Tom Clayton Whiteside, and others make up a majority of the collection. A small selection of books from the Whiteside family library, photographs, and an extensive collection of postcards are also included in this collection. These, and all other items pertaining to this collection are located within the University Archives and Special Collections at The University of Texas at Tyler.
