The records are arranged in four series. Each series is arranged chronologically, imposed during processing due to a lack of original order. Series are: Series I, Library Planning and Resource Development, Series II, Library Daily Operations, Series III, The University of Texas at Tyler Library Renovation, and Series IV, University Archives Development and Operation.
